| Die tegece | infra GmbH ist eine 100%ige Enkelgesellschaft der Stadt Frankfurt (Oder) und wurde 2015 / 2016 von der Stadt in eine selbstständige Gesellschaft ausgegliedert. Sie ist gegenwärtig eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der TeGeCe GmbH. Die Stadt Frankfurt (Oder) beabsichtigt über ihre Tochtergesellschaft TeGeCe GmbH die Veräußerung aller Gesellschaftsanteile an der tegece | infra GmbH. Daher informiert die TeGeCe GmbH Interessenten auf diesem Wege über die Verkaufsabsicht. |
tegece | infra GmbH is a 100% sub-subsidiary of the city of Frankfurt (Oder) and was spun off by the city into an independent company in 2015 / 2016. It is currently a 100% subsidiary of TeGeCe GmbH. The City of Frankfurt (Oder) intends to sell all shares in tegece | infra GmbH via its subsidiary TeGeCe GmbH. TeGeCe GmbH is therefore informing interested parties in this way of its intention to sell. |

| Die auch als East/West-Gate Terminal Frankfurt (Oder) bekannte Anlage ist direkt an das Netz der DB Netz AG angebunden und verfügt über vier Abstellgleise mit jeweils über 600 Metern Aufstelllänge, die Zuführungsgleise zum Terminal sowie Logistik und Umschlaggleise im Terminal einschließlich eines Portalkrans. |
The facility, also known as the East/West Gate Terminal Frankfurt (Oder), is directly connected to the DB Netz AG railway network and has four sidings, each with a stabling length of over 600 metres, the feeder tracks to the terminal as well as logistics and handling tracks in the terminal including a gantry crane. |

| Die Genehmigungssituation ermöglicht einen Betrieb der Anlage im 24/7-Modus. Sie hat eine theoretische Kapazität von ca. 600 Containern pro Tag. |
The approval situation allows the facility to be operated in 24/7 mode. It has a theoretical capacity of more than 600 containers per day. |
| Für das KV-Terminal hat die Gesellschaft einen bis zum 31.03.2032 laufenden Betreibervertrag mit der PCC International S.A.. Der Vertrag regelt und garantiert diskriminierungsfreien Zugang für Transporte. |
For the CT terminal, the company has an operating agreement running until 31 March 2032 with PCC International S.A. The agreement regulates and guarantees non-discriminatory access for transports. |
| Über den Vorbahnhof hat die Gesellschaft einen Mietvertrag mit der Delta-Rail GmbH geschlossen, der sich jährlich beenden lässt. |
The company has concluded a lease agreement with Delta-Rail GmbH for the adjacent railway station, which can be terminated annually. |
| Die Grundstücke mit den dazugehörigen Anlagen stehen im alleinigen Eigentum der tegece | infra GmbH. Die Grundstücke sind im Grundbuch nicht mit Grundschulden und/oder Hypotheken belastet. |
The land with the associated facilities is the sole property of tegece | infra GmbH. The properties are not encumbered with land charges and/or mortgages in the land register. |
| Die Anlagen befinden sich in altersgerechtem Zustand und wurden regelmäßig gewartet. Sie sind voll funktionsfähig. |
The facilities are in age-appropriate condition and have been regularly maintained. They are fully functional. |
