Die Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warnt die Öffentlichkeit vor der Website www.ainainvestment.com, auf der ein Unternehmen Wertpapierdienstleistungen anbietet und vorgibt, in 20 Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxemburg ansässig zu sein.
Die CSSF informiert die Öffentlichkeit darüber, dass das Unternehmen, das sich auf dieser Website als Ainainvestment präsentiert, nicht von der CSSF reguliert wird und ihm keine Genehmigung zur Erbringung von Wertpapierdienstleistungen oder anderen Finanzdienstleistungen in oder von Luxemburg aus erteilt wurde.
Die CSSF weist darauf hin, dass der AINA INVESTMENT FUND, der als spezialisierter Investmentfonds von der CSSF als spezialisierter Investmentfonds reguliert wird und dem Gesetz vom 13. Februar 2007 über spezialisierte Investmentfonds unterliegt, der société en commandite par Actions (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung auf Aktien) und die Die luxemburgische Gesellschaft AINA INVESTMENT FUND GP, die bei der CSSF registriert ist und dem Gesetz vom 12. Juli 2013 über die Verwalter alternativer Investmentfonds unterliegt, steht in keinem Zusammenhang mit der in dieser Warnung genannten Website.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.ainainvestment.com where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 20 Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as Ainainvestment is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted and authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
The CSSF would like to specify that the société en commandite par actions (corporate partnership limited by shares) AINA INVESTMENT FUND, regulated by the CSSF as a specialised investment fund and subject to the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, and the Luxembourg company AINA INVESTMENT FUND GP, registered with the CSSF and subject to the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, are not related with the website referred to in this warning.
